I am Abdul Mobin Ibna Hafiz, a B.Sc. graduate in Civil Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). I worked as a research assistant in a UKRI-GCRF-funded project named 'Living Deltas Hub' that is working towards more sustainable river deltas in Vietnam, India, and Bangladesh. As a researcher for this project, I was involved in intergenerational research work, water quality monitoring, and sample collection as well. I used several qualitative research methods, such as oral history interviews, participatory resource mapping, and some other methods. I conducted field visits to collect water samples from different water bodies, including rivers, ponds, tube wells, and shrimp farms. Currently, I am working as a graduate research assistant at Florida State University, and I have joined the Ph.D. in Civil Engineering program.
