My professional career started as a mathematics teacher in high school for a year. Following the computer science domain, I taught as an assistant lecturer (mathematics, databases, programming, etc.). I have both technical and professional experience spanning over 10 years. I furthered my career as an Information Management Officer (Data Analyst Officer) as a staff member and consultant for over 5 years in the UN Migration Agency. Together with my team, I have worked relentlessly with IOM in Sierra Leone during the Ebola crisis as an information management engineer and population mobility mapping expert. I was a team leader in the design and implementation of a data center to manage information in Sierra Leone, Kenya, Afghanistan, Nepal, and Thailand/Myanmar to manage the Ebola outbreak, flooding, COVID-19, and the recent civil conflicts in Myanmar. During this period, I contributed immensely to the development of IOM tools and the implementation of some projects in these countries. The main technical tools for keeping track of people's movements in relation to vulnerable areas are data and GIS tools, which can be used on paper or digitally across all of the countries. I’m experienced with data, research, software development, and reporting skills, as well as with research-published scientific articles and two books on machine learning and deep learning. My goal is to continue learning and developing my expertise in technology. I believe that I would be a perfect fit for the progress and technical thoughts in any organizational project design and implementation in which I can both grow and build up my strength in terms of job experience and advancement in my career. During my studies in China, I was trained as both a software and network engineer, where I obtained a master’s degree in fiber optic communication products. I have also served as a chief programmer (software developer) for some of the leading cooperative institutions in Sierra Leone, Kenya, and Nepal. During his studies at Nankai University, he was a certified Fiber Optic Communication Products officer. Academically, he has the following qualifications: H.T.C.-Mathematics and Computing, B.Sc. Hons. in Computer Science, M.Sc. in Computer Science, M.Eng. in Software Engineering.
