Summary
During my time at Annabel’s Wine Bar, I experienced significant professional growth. I began as a part-time bartender and barista before transitioning to a full-time daytime role. Due to the venue's hours (7am–2am), I quickly advanced and, within two months, was promoted to a full time managerial position, leading the team alongside a colleague. In addition to daily operations, I also took on event management responsibilities and played a key role in fostering a strong sense of community within the space.
