About

Psychologist, PhD candidate in Psychoanalysis, Health, and Society, with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Administration, and a specialization in Cultural Management. With over 20 years of experience as a senior executive in the nonprofit sector, she has led the Nave program, recognized by Microsoft and the Qatar Foundation as one of the most innovative educational initiatives worldwide. As a professor at prestigious global business schools such as Ibmec, FGV, IAG (PUC Rio), and USP-Esalq, she is frequently invited to teach courses and speak at high-level events across Brazil and internationally. She conceived the ESG MBA at Ibmec/Exame and currently serves as the technical coordinator for the MBAs in People Management, ESG, and Leadership, Innovation, and Technology at Ibmec Digital. In addition, Carla is a curator of major national and international events such as Rio Innovation Week, bridging academia, business, and culture with a strong focus on ethics, sustainability, and innovation.
