Daniele Naviglio

About

Dr. Daniele Naviglio, graduated in chemistry in 1993, has been working since 1 January 2013 at the Department of Chemical Sciences of the University of Naples "Federico II" as a researcher in the disciplinary sector of Analytical Chemistry (03 / A1). For the academic years 1997-98, 1998-99, 1999-2000, 2000-2001 and 2001-2002, he held the applicative part of the courses of Analytical Chemistry and Analytical Instrumental Chemistry for students of the degree course in Food Science and Technology at the Faculty of Agriculture of Portici (NA). In the 2000-2001 academic year he held the Instrumental Analysis Laboratory course for students of the degree course in Environmental Control and Evaluation at the University of Salerno. In the 2001-2002 academic year he held the Chemistry Laboratory course for students of the degree course in Environmental Control and Evaluation at the University of Salerno. Dr. Daniele Naviglio carries out his research activity in the sector of edible fats and oils and is particularly interested in the development of analytical methods for the control of the genuineness and characterization of food products with a predominantly triglyceride composition. He is an expert in classical analytical techniques and modern instrumental analysis techniques such as chromatographic techniques. Dr. Daniele Naviglio is the owner of the industrial invention patent entitled: "Dynamic solid-liquid rapid extractor operating at high pressures and low temperatures for obtaining, in a short time, solutions containing substances initially present in solid matrices". The extractor has been patented as a Naviglio Extractor. - Affiliations - Enrolled in the Order of Chemists of Campania since 1996. - Member of the Italian Chemical Society (SCI) since 2002. - Member of the American Chemical Society (ACS) since 2009. - Member of the Italian Society of Phytotherapy (SIFIT) since 2000.
