I am doing a PhD at UNSW, studying leaders' emotions at work. I work in higher education in Australia and have 8 years of experience in Sri Lankan higher education. I have a strong passion for teaching subjects like HRM, HRD, psychology counselling, and leadership. I have also worked as a trainer and coach. My academic background includes two Master's degrees in business administration and HRM, as well as a first-class HRM degree.
