Edgars Bernāns

About

My primary research interests lie in the biomechanics of human locomotion and enhancing endurance. I earned my PhD for my work on running economy. I have coached orienteers, cross-country skiers, and runners, and I continue to compete in cross-country skiing events. I strive to balance my research with the practical demands of sports.
