I am an Assistant Professor in Urban Planning and Development in the department of Housing and Real Estate Property Management and Urban Development and Engineering college of the Ethiopian Civil Service University, Ethiopia. Currently, I am also working as the head of the department of Housing and Real Estate Property Management at the College of Urban Development and Engineering. I have a first Degree in Geography with Economics minor , a Master's Degree in Urban Development and Management, and a Ph.D. in Urban Planning and Development. My teaching & research experiences and interests are in the areas of urban housing, housing policy, finance and affordability, urban planning, development and management, geography, urban redevelopment, urban expansion and urbanization, real estate development, and engineering.
