About

I am a multidisciplinary researcher working at the intersection of artificial intelligence and welfare services. My work focuses on how AI-driven and digital solutions can be implemented in socially sustainable and human-centered ways—particularly to promote everyday safety, trust, and wellbeing in social and health services. I coordinated the Finnish contribution to the Horizon Europe project ISEDA, which explored the use of technological tools to support vulnerable groups in welfare systems across Europe. With a background in sociology and social work, I bring a human-centered and interdisciplinary perspective to digital transformation, grounded in qualitative research, ethical governance, and cross-sector collaboration.
