About
I did my PhD at the University of Queensland, supervised by Professor David J. Craik, Dr. Conan Wang, and Dr. Yen-Hua Huang. My PhD focused on peptide design strategies for design of peptide inhibitors of extracellular and intracellular protein targets such PD-1:PD-L1 and Nrf2:Keap1 interactions for cancer immunotherapy and cyto-protection. Currently, I am a postdoctoral researcher in Dr Louise Walport group, employed by Imperial College London and seconded to the Francis Crick Institute. I am focusing on using RaPID platform to develop peptide activitors of PADI4 to investigate its biofunctions and therapeutic potentials.
