Ignacio Olabarrieta Palacios

Ignacio (Iñaki) Olabarrieta: MSc and PhD in computational Physics from the University of British Columbia (Canada) in 2004. He continued his research modelling complex physical systems via computer methods as a Postdoc in the Hearne Institute for Theoretical Physics in Louisiana State University (USA). In 2006 he was incorporated to Tecnalia where the focus of his research has been ever since in developing and implementing Artificial Intelligence algorithms in different realms. Since 2012 he is the technical leader of the Smart Mobility Lab in Tecnalia which is devoted to developing analytical and predictive computational tools in the reals of road traffic, logistics and mobility in general.
