Jianwen MENG

About

Jianwen MENG was born in Qingdao, Shandong, China, in 1993. He received the B.Eng. degree in electrical engineering and automation from Jimei University, Xiamen, China, in 2015, the M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Nantes, Nantes, France, in 2017, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Paris-Saclay University, Gif-sur-Yvette, France, in 2020. He is currently an Assistant Professor (Enseignant-Chercheur en CDI) with the Department of Energy and Embedded Systems for Transport (S2ET), Ecole Supérieure des Techniques Aéronautiques et de Construction Automobile (ESTACA), Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, France. His research interests include robust control, fault diagnosis and fault tolerant control, and health-aware energy management strategies applied for hybrid energy storage systems. In particular, he focuses on control-oriented works for the more electrified transportation such as electric and hybrid electric cars.
