We’re partnering with Q-Centrix — a healthcare technology leader providing the industry’s first Enterprise Clinical Data Management platform used by hospitals and health systems to meaningfully unlock clinical data and improve patient care. We’re seeking a Senior Front-End Developer for a long-term, hourly engagement to help build and scale high-quality front-end features for this production platform. You’ll work closely with product, design, backend, and data teams on complex data-driven applications. ⚠️ Important: Please do not use AI to apply — AI-generated applications will be rejected. Responsibilities Build and maintain responsive, performant UI components using React Turn product requirements and UX designs into scalable, maintainable code Integrate with RESTful APIs and handle asynchronous data Follow best practices for testing, accessibility (a11y), and performance Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and mentoring Required Experience 5+ years of front-end development experience Strong expertise in React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS Experience with UI libraries like Tailwind, Bootstrap, or Material UI Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress) Proven ability to work independently in a remote, agile environment Nice to Have Experience in healthcare or health tech Knowledge of FHIR / HL7 or HIPAA-compliant web applications Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil)
