We have an existing 43-page sales presentation in PDF format for a boutique, luxury real estate project. We need a designer who can enhance what we already have, add new content (a map + more drone photos - will be provided), and make the presentation feel more dynamic and premium for in-person use. This is NOT for email distribution or public sharing. Only our team will use it for presenting, so it does not need mobile optimization or broad device compatibility. Scope: Our current presentation is 43 pages We need to add 1 map page/section and additional drone photos We want clickable hotspots on fewer than 18 renderings (exact renderings will be provided) What we need: Enhance the look and flow of our existing PDF Add interactive navigation (table of contents, jump links, next/back, home button) Add clickable hotspots on selected renderings and key pages Example: click countertop and a callout appears: “Quartz” + a few selection images.
