(PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION)..... We are a fully remote B2B and B2C appointment setting service, specializing in multiple industries throughout the US and Canada. We are seeking a skilled developer to create AI-driven appointment setters and voice agents. The ideal candidate will have experience in natural language processing, machine learning, and voice recognition technologies. Your role will involve designing and implementing systems that can efficiently handle scheduling tasks and interact with clients through voice and cold calling. Your AI agents will help us find new clients, and then service those clients with weekly appointments. The service areas, calling scripts, and all other necessary information will be provided, but you must have your own tools…. i.e. dialers, leads, data scrapers, etc. Your dialer needs to have a rotating caller ID system, call recording, callback functionality, and very good outbound spam protection, because you will be making a lot of calls. If you don’t have these technologies, we can recommend some dialing services for you to use. We use Zoom and Fathom AI Notetaker to record all new client meetings, and we will share our accounts so you can see all of the people who showed up to their meetings. Your AI agents also need to be able to call back any no-shows and get them rescheduled for a new meeting. We also use Slack for all internal communications, so you will need to have the Slack app downloaded to your phone or PC with real-time notifications. This job is 100% performance based, and you get paid per appointment. There is no hourly pay or salary, and you must be comfortable working on straight commission. We pay a commission for every new client meeting that shows up to meet with our internal sales reps, and a commission for each new appointment that shows up for those clients. Our clients vary in size, but some clients have multiple locations and can handle 30-50 appointments per week or more. You will also be adding multiple new clients to our platform each week, so you must be able to develop and train new agents very quickly. The earning potential here is extremely high. Depending on client demand, you can make up to $2,000 - $3,000 per week or more, with only 20-30 clients. Once scaled to 60-80 clients, you can make as much as $6,000 - $8,000 per week, and up to $10,000 or more PER WEEK with around 100 clients and a fully scaled team. The example above is just for 1 industry that we service. We also set appointments for various other industries. If you're able to handle just 3 of our industries, you can make up to $20,000 to $30,000 or more PER WEEK depending on client needs. This is not an exaggeration. These are real numbers.
