This is a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, automation, and large-scale real-world data.Come shape the future of business travel with us!What you’ll do:Design, build, and scale AI-driven systems that power our virtual agent capabilities (conversational reasoning, retrieval, and automation flows);Develop backend services and data pipelines that integrate multiple APIs (Amadeus, Sabre, internal systems) to support real-time decision-making;Collaborate with other teams to ship LLM-based features that deliver measurable impact;Own architecture decisions for distributed, high-performance AI applications;Continuously improve model performance, reliability, and monitoring frameworks;Help define our engineering best practices, guide technical decisions, and mentor other developers within the team.About you:5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a track record of building production systemsStrong background in designing scalable, distributed applicationsProven hands-on experience developing or integrating products using LLMs (e.g., RAG pipelines, custom agents, fine-tuning, or orchestration frameworks like LangChain/LlamaIndex)Hands-on experience with PythonSolid understanding of Linux runtime environmentsSkilled at identifying and solving performance bottlenecksExcellent collaboration skills with the ability to give and receive constructive feedbackFluent in English, with strong written and verbal communicationProactive, curious, and eager to keep learningBonus points if you have:Experience with the travel industry (especially GDS APIs like Sabre, Amadeus, or Travelport)Hands-on with Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, and CI/CD practicesContributions to open-source projects or notable side projectsFamiliarity with agile methodologies and collaborative product developmentOur technology stack:Backend: Python, Django, KotlinFrontend: TypeScript, ReactInfrastructure: Kubernetes, AWS, TerraformData: High-scale pipelines & distributed systemsWe are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.We provide employment opportunities without regard to race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity or expression, or veteran status.
