About the Opportunity Go Echoes is recruiting a Sales Development Representative (SDR) on behalf of a US-based company operating in the security and surveillance space. The company delivers advanced AI-powered security solutions to enterprise clients, particularly within energy, commercial, and large-scale infrastructure environments. This role is critical to supporting a growing sales organization and enabling closers to focus on what they do best: closing deals. Tasks Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) Identify and engage key decision-makers (C-level, Operations, Security, IT, Facilities) Educate prospects on modern AI-based security solutions Qualify leads and gather initial business and technical context Manage follow-ups across long sales cycles Book qualified meetings for the sales team Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline updates Requirements Ideal Profile Native or fluent English speaker (US market exposure is a strong plus) Previous experience as an SDR / BDR / Sales Development role Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting Strong communication and persuasion skills Able to explain complex or innovative solutions in a simple, clear way Organized, persistent, and comfortable with long sales cycles Remote-ready and self-disciplined Benefits What’s Offered Work with a US-based company and enterprise-level clients Clear sales process and onboarding Opportunity to grow with a scaling sales team Long-term collaboration potential based on performance Compensation & Work Schedule Salary: €1,000 – €1,200 per month, depending on the candidate’s seniority and experience Working Hours: Aligned with US time zones Work Mode: Fully remote
