Learn more at experianplc.com.Job DescriptionAbout the role:Experian is looking for a motivated Senior Cloud  Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our global Cloud &Compute Operations team. This role is key to ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our hybrid infrastructure. You will work on automation, observability, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives, supporting the delivery of reliable and scalable platforms.This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with strong technical foundations to grow into a senior SRE role, working alongside experienced engineers and contributing to global transformation projects.What You’ll Do:Deliver, operate, and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS-based and hybrid environmentsImplement, maintain, and enhance Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform (core requirement)Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CIDevelop automation for provisioning, configuration, and operational tasks using Terraform, scripting, and AWS-native toolsMonitor and maintain system health, observability, and alerting using CloudWatch, Dynatrace, and other monitoring platformsSupport incident response, root cause analysis, and reliability improvementsCollaborate with Cloud Engineering, Security, and DevOps teams to ensure compliance, governance, and security best practicesContribute to performance tuning, cost optimization, and scaling of servicesQualificationsWhat We're Looking For:5+ years of experience in cloud operations, SRE, DevOps, or IT infrastructure rolesHands-on experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, IAM, VPC, S3, CloudWatch, Lambda)Practical experience with Terraform for deploying and managing cloud infrastructureExperience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins preferred)Experience with Linux or Windows administrationFamiliarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (ECS, EKS)Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and alerting toolsTroubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skillsWork collaboratively in distributed engineering teamPreferred Qualifications:AWS certifications (Solutions Architect Associate, or DevOps Engineer preferred).Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.Exposure to DevOps and SRE methodologies (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets).Familiarity with security, compliance, and governance frameworks (ISO, SOC2).Experience working with Git-based workflows, GitOps, or configuration management tools (Ansible).Additional InformationWhat you will get:Personal Development - career pathway for professional growth supported by learning and development programs and unlimited access to online educational training courses, learning materials & book.Work environment - excellent work conditions with friendly environment, recognized team spirit, and fun and quality recreation time.Social benefit package including life insurance, food vouchers, additional health insurance, monthly flex allowance and internet coverage, corporate discounts, marriage and childbirth / adoption allowance, Multisport card, Sharesave plan, Employee assistance program, а birthday gift and many other benefits!Work-life balance - 25 days paid vacation, 1 additional day off for your birthday and extra 3 paid days for participation in Social responsibility event.Opportunity for Flexible working hours and Home Office.Experian is an Equal opportunity employer.
