We’re a growing software startup launching a new CRM and POS platform, and we’re looking for creative, reliable Content Creators to help us build brand awareness and educate our audience. This role is perfect for someone who can turn software features into clear, engaging, and useful content—not boring tech jargon. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to create content that attracts, informs, and converts potential customers. Responsibilities Create engaging content related to CRM, POS, SaaS, and business software Write blog posts, articles, and website content Create social media content (posts, captions, short-form content) Develop product-focused and educational content Help explain software features in simple, user-friendly language Collaborate on content ideas, campaigns, and launch content Create video content, reels, or short explainers Requirements Proven experience as a Content Creator, Content Writer, or Copywriter Ability to explain technical or software topics clearly Strong writing and storytelling skills Understanding of content for B2B, SaaS, or startups Consistent, reliable delivery and good communication Content Types We’re Looking For (You don’t need to do all of these) Blog posts & long-form articles Website & landing page copy Social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.) Email newsletters & drip campaigns Product descriptions & feature explainers Video scripts or short-form video content Nice to Have Experience creating content for CRM, POS, or SaaS products SEO knowledge (keywords, on-page optimization) Experience with AI tools, CMS platforms, or marketing tools Video editing or on-camera experience Project Details Type: Freelance / Contract Hours: Flexible Location: Remote Ongoing work available for the right fit How to Apply Please include: A short introduction about your content experience Samples or links to previous work Types of content you specialize in Any experience with software, SaaS, or B2B content Your availability and preferred content format We’re looking for creators who can make software interesting, clear, and human.
