I am a professor in microbiology at USN where he is responsible for microbiology, epidemiology, and infectious disease control, and is a distinguished educator. I have been an expert member of the Norwegian Infection Control Committee (appointed by the Norwegian Ministry of Health), and lead several infection prevention and infection research projects. I worked with infectious diseases in Pakistan, Tanzania and Ethiopia, the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), and the European Biosafety Association (EBSA).
