Leading and scaling developer programs across the APAC region, including Developer School and Architecture Fast Track Training. Increased Developer School participation and engagement by 200%. Directly influenced €8M in ARR in 2024 and €2.8M in ARR in Q1 2025. Additionally, influenced €8M in expand ARR through the Architecture Fast Track Training Program in 2025.

Driving collaborations with technical communities (e.g. AWS, UiPath, MongoDB and many more) to raise awareness and educate developers about OutSystems. Led global initiatives and contests, generating 120K+ impressions through strategic partnerships (including GeeksforGeeks) and targeted campaigns.

Collaborated with the technical team to improve reporting processes & build features to scale the programs.
