I am a medical doctor, specialist in hygiene, preventive medicine and public health and Associate Professor of General and Applied Hygiene. My research interests are in the epidemiology of infectious diseases, the epidemiology of vaccination, as well as knowledge and attitudes of population and healthcare workers. In addition, I have interest in the field of environmental health, planetary health, antimicrobial resistance and healthcare-associated infections.
