About
Hi, I am Lingrui Lin. It is my great honor to introduce myself. I am a Ph.D. student from the School of Astronomy and Space Science in Nanjing University (NJU). I am now a visiting Ph.D. student (funded by CSC) in the Arcetri Astrophysical Observatory (INAF). I am currently working on the kinematics and dynamics of the multi-scale/multi-phase interstellar medium in galaxies across the cosmic time. My researches are mostly based on the world's *highest-level* (sub)-mm and radio telescopes. As PI, I have obtained telescope time from ALMA, SMA, NOEMA, IRAM 30-m, JCMT, SMT, Effelsberg 100-m, GBT, and FAST, etc. I am pretty good at reducing both single dish and interferometer data. With my group mates in NJU, we have developed a pipeline for reducing the FAST data. I am good at playing table tennis. I also like playing some tiny musical instruments, e.g., the harmonica. In my free time, I would like to publish articles or videos about my life and my research in Bilibili.
