About

I received a PhD in English from the University of York and am currently working as an assistant professor in the School of Foreign Languages at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. My research interests include ideas of authorship, fictionality theories, narrative ethics, and narrative communication, with a focus on modern and contemporary English literature. My current project explores experimentations with fictionality in contemporary literary narratives that blur the boundary between fiction and nonfiction and discusses their real-world implications.
