Michael Effah Asamoah

About

Michael’s research interest cuts across the fields of accounting, finance and economics, with a significant focus on private capital flows, issues bordering on real sector growth, macroeconomic (in)stability, institutional quality, development finance, intellectual capital, domestic resources mobilization, and interventions to promote development in developing countries. Michael appreciates and enjoys teaching accounting and finance, and economics related modules. He has over ten years of tertiary education teaching across different universities. Michael is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana). Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Accounting Option) and MPhil in Finance, both from the University of Ghana. He also holds a PhD in Accounting and Finance from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, and post graduate certificate in academic practice from Lancaster University, UK
