My research bridges the areas of organization studies and sociology. My work tries to understand how organizations adapt to increasingly culturally and ethnically diverse societies. My most recent work focuses on the incorporation of highly skilled migrants in organizations and society. I am assistant professor at ICADE School of Economics and Business Administration (Madrid, Spain) and affiliated researcher at the Center for Responsible Leadership (Stockholm School of Economics).
