About

Mohammadshahab (Shahab) Abdollahi (15-12-1991, Iran) is a PhD student at B-PHOT. He started his PhD on May 15th 2021 under the supervision of Dr. Martin Virte. He is currently working on an ERC project entitled ‘COLOR’UP’. The goal of the COLOR’UP project is to investigate how multi-color lasers can be used to process optical signals at ultra-high frequencies; ranging from 100 to 300 GHz which is a promising candidate to go beyond the 5G technology.
