Neema Florence Mosha

About

Neema Florence Mosha is a senior postdoctoral research fellow at the University of South Africa (UNISA), Pretoria, South Africa. She is also a Director of Library Services at the Nelson Mandela African Institution of Science and Technology (NM-AIST), Arusha. She holds a PhD in Information Studies from the University of South Africa (UNISA), a Master of Information Technology (M.IT) from the University of Pretoria (UP), South Africa, and a Master of Arts (Information Studies) from the University of Dar-es-Salaam (UDSM), Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania. Her research focuses on the development of Research Data Management (RDM) services in Higher Learning Institutions (HLIs). She is interested in research data management, digital and open research repositories, artificial intelligence, knowledge management, open science, digital scholarships, and innovation in libraries, eResearch, and Web 2.0 tools application in academic libraries. She is also involved in a project to train university staff and researchers in the fundamentals and essentials of RDM, including the utilisation of Data Management Planning (DMP) for their research activities.
