Personal Docente e Investigador de la Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha, adscrito al Departamento de Arte. Principales líneas de investigación: [ARTZINES-ARTIST'S BOOKS]-Publicaciones, fanzines, edición y autoedición en el arte. [DRAWING]-Dibujo en la práctica contemporánea. Licenciado en Bellas Artes en 1997 por la Facultad de Bellas Artes de Cuenca (Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha) y Doctor por la misma Universidad en 2012 con la tesis titulada: "Entre la profundidad y la superficie. La obra en colaboración de Peter Fischli & David Weiss (1979-2012)". Realizó estudios previos de licenciatura en al Facultad de Bellas Artes de Madrid (UCM) entre 1992-1996 y estancias de estudios en Wimbledon College of Art (Londres) en 1995 y de postgrado en la Hochschule für bildende Künste (Hamburgo) en 1998. En 1995, comenzó su actividad como artista y desde 1999 compagina dicha actividad labor con la de docente e investigador en la Facultad de Bellas Artes de Cuenca (UCLM). Su trabajo artístico se desarrolla como artista-editor, fundamentalmente en los mediante el dibujo y la fotografía. Desde 2007 es miembro fundador y director de la editorial ediciones puré. --- Graduated in Fine Arts in 1997 from the Faculty of Fine Arts of Cuenca (University of Castilla-La Mancha) and Doctor of Fine Arts from the same University in 2012 with the thesis entitled: Between depth and surface. The collaborative work of Peter Fischli & David Weiss (1979-2012). Previous undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Fine Arts of Madrid (UCM) between 1992-1996. He completed study stays at Wimbledon College of Art (London) in 1995 and postgraduate studies at the Hochschule für bildende Künste (Hamburg) in 1998. In 1995 he began his activity as an artist and since 1999 he has combined this work with as teacher and researcher at the Faculty of Fine Arts of Cuenca (UCLM). His artistic work has been developed fundamentally as artist-publisher. Mainly through drawing and photography. Since 2010 he is a founding member and director of ediciones puré.
