About

Systems-minded product designer who transforms enterprise complexity into intuitive tools that help people do their best work. I design enterprise tools that simplify workflows, untangle data-heavy systems, and empower teams across industries like automotive and insurance. My work blends strategic research, interaction design, and scalable systems thinking—bringing clarity to chaos and helping companies build tools their teams actually want to use.

Projects

Honda CoReMQ Redesign
Honda CoReMQ Redesign

Enterprise Platform (Desktop only)

Summary

At Honda, I led the redesign of a legacy internal platform used by global engineering teams, launching six new features that improved data analysis, workflow visibility, and collaboration. By translating user research into targeted interaction flows, I helped engineers resolve high-volume defect issues with greater speed and accuracy. I ensured smooth execution by delivering dev-ready, annotated Figma prototypes—tight alignment with engineering eliminated blockers and kept implementation on track.

Responsive Web App (B2B + B2C | 0-1 + Redesign0

Summary

I designed and launched a 0–1 Broker Experience Center and fully redesigned the Claimant Portal, enabling self-service for over 7 million members and significantly reducing call center dependency by improving task transparency. To shape the experience, I led multi-day workshops and interviews with 20+ cross-functional stakeholders, aligning on business goals while surfacing key pain points for both brokers and claimants. I also built a responsive, WCAG/AODA-compliant design system in Figma that accelerated delivery across B2B and B2C platforms—directly supporting the successful production launch and adoption of both tools.

Coca-Cola Bottled Platform

Digital Asset Management Tool

Summary

I adapted an out-of-the-box Infosys DAM platform to meet the unique needs of Coca-Cola’s global bottlers, redesigning workflows, navigation, and UI patterns in Figma to support seamless sharing of AI tools, design assets, and code across independently operated markets. To drive adoption and platform consistency, I developed a phased rollout roadmap in Miro—aligning MVP priorities across bottler regions with varying levels of digital maturity and ensuring a scalable, user-centered foundation from the start.
