I am a PhD student in material science and engineering at the University of New South Wales. My research centers on Molecular Beam Epitaxy to fabricate epitaxial thin films of SrTiO3 on Si, with potential applications in next-gen transistors and RAMs. Additionally, I am intrigued by exploring biomedical properties of materials.
