About

I am a PhD (exercise physiology) and Docent (molecular physiology) and work currently as an Academy Research Fellow at the Gerontology Research Center at the Faculty of Sport and Health Sciences at the university of Jyväskylä, Finland. I am fascinated to discover the molecular and physiological mechanisms underlying healthy aging and longevity. I run my own research project (EEVaS) concentrating on extracellular vesicles, exercise and aging.
