Dr. William L. Hull is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the College of Nursing at The University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) and a practicing Neonatal Nurse Practitioner with Pediatrix Medical Group. He earned his Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Rush University, following a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from El Paso Community College. In his faculty role, Dr. Hull teaches across undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs. He currently serves as the Coordinator of the Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Program.
