Alberto Betti

About

Alberto Betti is a Ph.D. student in the Industrial Engineering program at the University of Pisa. In 2016, he got his B.A. in Piano cum laude at the Music Academy of Livorno. In 2019, he got his B.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering cum laude at the University of Pisa. He is a former alumnus of Scuola Normale Superiore, where he graduated with honours in the M.Sc. in Materials and Nanotechnology in 2021. His research interests encompass multiphysics simulation, and turbulence in hydrodynamic bearings. His Ph.D. is co-funded by the company Baker Hughes.
