About
I am an Economist currently completing a post-doc at LIUC University, while having achieved a PhD at the Economics Department of the University of Warwick. During my doctoral studies, I spent a term as a visiting scholar at the Center for Experimental Social Science (CESS) of the New York University. In particular, I am a behavioral and experimental economist. I use laboratory, online, and field experiments to understand: (1) the role of motivated reasoning and cognitive failures in belief formation, and (2) in doing so, I study whether there is a gender differential in these behaviors. My goal is to identify empirically the driving forces behind belief formation and ther role on economic behavior and strategic interactions.
