Defined the strategic focus for Channable AI in collaboration with leadership (CTO, CPO), and development counterpart. Executing this multi-year vision with a team of 4 AI/ML developers, including 1 AI researcher, design, and product marketing. The goal is to reduce time to market for all sellers and marketers, through enabling AI setups across multiple channels.

Built and deployed AI field and value mapping models (85% accuracy), powering automated attribute mapping for 65% of setups on Channable. This feature reduces setup time and error resolution time for merchants selling products across all feeds such as, Google Shopping, Meta, Pinterest.

Launched AI Attributes, built with Gemma 3, to help sellers extract missing product attributes from incomplete imports. Model accuracy of ±90%. Adoption increased by 5%, usage by 22% . Introduced a free trial (Lite) version of AI Attributes, successfully driving adoption and facilitating upsell.

Partnered with Data and Analytics teams to define success metrics, monitor model performance (accuracy, coverage, adoption), and build dashboards to inform product and commercial decision-making.
