Devoted to bridge data science with social policy to uplift underserved communities. I am a dedicated economist, impact evaluation researcher, and policy analyst with a diverse background in socioeconomic programs and data science. With a Master’s degree in Computational Analysis and Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a Certificate in Health Administration and Policy, I thrive at the intersection of research and practical implementation. My collaborative approach has enabled me to lead multidisciplinary teams and engage with stakeholders to solve complex health, education, housing and workforce development challenges. I bring both field and technical experience in designing and managing Randomized Controlled Trials (RCTs). Having co-developed survey instruments, coded randomization algorithms, monitored program implementation and executed data quality checks for a large-scale RCTs across schools in India and Puerto Rico. From leading qualitative studies in East Africa to developing data-driven strategies to address health inequities in the United States, I have a unique blend of field experience and technical skills.
