Elymar A. Pascual, EdD, PhD, ScD, DSS, is the District Teacher Research Coordinator of the Department of Education, Nagcarlan, Laguna, Philippines, Scientific Committee Member of TIIKM (Sri Lanka), Member of Review Committee of IAFOR (Japan) and Editor of International Journal of Research Publications (Bangladesh). He is also a Consultant of N & E Quality Provider Educational Research Center (Philippines) and Reviewer of Science Publishing Group (New York, U.S.A.). He was educated at University of Santo Tomas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, major in Actuarial Science, cum laude, before spending a year in Manila Bankers Life Insurance, Inc. Following departure from the insurance world, he then attended Laguna State Polytechnic University, gaining his both Master of Arts in Mathematics and Doctor of Education degrees while embarking on an academic career which embraced teaching basic education, undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate students. Dr. Pascual's research orientation has made him resource speaker & presenter in different seminars and conferences. He's also currently a preacher of the gospel in two localities of the Philippines, helping the poor and encouraging the brethren to grow in the Lord.
