Erika J. Schneider (she/her) I am an assistant professor of public relations in the S. I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. My research strives to optimize organizational responses that prioritize stakeholder and societal wellbeing. I investigate how organizations approach crisis responsibility and navigate uncertainty, (mis/dis)information, and other emerging health and social issues.
