About
Mary Eddy has taught, developed materials for, and managed university English as a Second Language courses in Macau, China for over a decade. She has also supervised undergraduate students in tourism and hospitality related research and guided the development of undergraduate capstone project framework. She has research interests in event management and design (particularly social design and accessibility), tourism (particularly senior tourism, authenticity, and tourism education) and English as a Second Language methods and materials development. She is interested in making learning and the class experience relevant, practical, and fun for students.
