Supervised by the Emeritus Professor Y. Egorov and the viva took place on (Thuesday) June 29, 1999 and the referees committee was comprised by the following Emeriti Professors: E. Harrell from School of Mathematics at Georgia Institute of Technology Atlanta GA, United States; V. A. Kondratiev from Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics at Lomonosov Moscow State University, Moscow, Russia; V. Petkov from "Institut de Mathématiques de Bordeaux" at "Université de Bordeaux", Talence, France. The internal examiners was Emeriti Professors J. Fleckinger and F. de Thelin.
Master of advanced studies (Post-graduate degree) [in french, it spells out: Diplôme d'études approfondies (DEA)] in Pure Mathematics. The title of the thesis: "Interpolating Sequences for the Hardy space in the Unit Ball." Supervisor Professor P.J. Thomas, the thesis was based on B. Berndtsson article: Nederl. Akad. Wetensch. Master's degree [in french, it spells out: Diplôme de maîtrise] in Pure Mathematics. Master's thesis supervised by Professor P.
