I am Murad Aliyev from Azerbaijan. My research interests are critical and creative thinking, developing teachers' thinking skills, developing creativity among teachers, developing teachers' beliefs to implement actual practices in their teaching. I have implemented different projects (such as Innovating Online Educational Platforms for African countries, Innovating Lifelong Learning for Adults, etc.) as a leader at Tsinghua University in the program of Innovating Education and Entrepreneurship.
