About
I received my master's degree in 2004, after which I deliberately went into production and gained experience in production for 5 years. In 2009 I entered the doctoral program at the Riga Technical University. My research topic was related to the development of the Semantic Web Expert System, and my supervisor was Janis Grundspenkis. In 2015, I successfully completed my doctoral studies at the Riga Technical University, but I did not defend my thesis because I did not receive funding from the University and because of pressure from the Latvian police and Latvian prosecutor's office. My numerous attempts to get funding at the Riga Technical University for the scientific researches and preparation of scientific papers (including ESF scholarships for doctoral students), as well as for improving my qualifications (exchange of experience for EU funds that is ERASMUS+) and for the implementation of the Semantic Web Expert System, were unsuccessful. Despite this, I continued to work on the scientific researches and preparation of scientific papers and then published them openly on the Internet. In 2016, I became a lecturer at the Riga Technical University and worked as lecturer during 5 years. I was still denied funding from the university for my research and professional development. In 2021, I was forced to change jobs due to numerous human rights violations and discrimination, which manifested themselves in illegal actions by the Latvian police, the Latvian prosecutor's office, the Latvian State Security Service, and Riga Technical University. A qualified, independent, non-Latvian legal expert could easily prove this. Now I work as a teacher in non-governmental institutions. Along the way, I continue to write scientific papers and review scientific papers in the framework of well-known scientific conferences. So, in 2022 I received a certificate of appreciation for outstanding contribution as the Technical Program Committee member during the conference organization (International Semantic Intelligence Conference, 2022). In 2023 I received a certificate of appreciation as reviewer at International EdTech Conference 2023 (IEdTC 2023).
